What are the production timelines

Currently, our timelines are as follows:

Proof before printing: 24 hours
Printing: 24 to 48 hours
Delivery (Purolator Express): 24 to 48 hours within Eastern Canada

What’s included in personalization?
  • File handling: We accept high-resolution files in formats such as .jpeg, .ai, .png, .eps, and PDF

  • Custom layout: Your logo, message, and font choice are integrated into the card design

  • Proof before printing: You’ll receive a visual proof for approval

  • Three free revisions: Additional changes are billed at $25 each

  • Multiple card models: You can personalize more than one card design using the same visual

Is there a minimum order?

Yes.

• For cards with personalized text, the minimum is 25 cards per design

• For cards without text, you may choose multiple designs with a minimum of 10 cards per design (e.g., Design A: 10 cards, Design B: 15 cards)

Are envelopes included?

Yes, white envelopes made from 100% recycled paper are included with your cards. You also have the option to add return address printing (on the flap or front left corner, in black or color) at checkout. Additional fees apply.

 

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping and handling are free for all orders of $400 or more before taxes. For orders under $400 before taxes, a $20 shipping and handling fee applies within Eastern Canada.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on the volume of pending orders, but it is generally 2 to 3 business days after your proof has been approved.

What should I do if I’m having trouble with my order?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cheque payments are accepted if you are a public organization, municipality, or government department. Please include your purchase order number or internal reference with your order form.

If I order cards without text, can I choose multiple designs?

Yes. For text-free cards, you may choose multiple designs, with a minimum of 10 cards per design. For example: Design A – 10 cards, Design B – 15 cards, and so on.

Can I provide a custom image and text? Are there any fees?

Yes, you may submit your own image and message to personalize your card. This service is free, as long as the files are print-ready (high resolution, PDF or JPEG format). Additional fees may apply if graphic adjustments are required.

Can I print a bilingual message?

Yes. You may choose to print a French–English bilingual message on your cards. We recommend submitting a print-ready file or confirming the layout with our team to ensure a polished and balanced presentation.

 

Are envelopes included in the price?

Can I print a logo inside the card, and are there any fees?

Can we print our logo on the front and/or back of the card?

Yes. You may have your logo printed on the front, back, or inside of the card, depending on the design selected. This service is free if the file is print-ready (PDF or JPEG format, high resolution). Additional fees may apply if graphic adjustments or layout work are required.

Can I include my signature inside the greeting cards?

Yes. You may send us a scanned version of your signature (JPEG or PNG format, high resolution), and we’ll include it inside the card along with your personalized message. This service is free if the file is print-ready. Additional fees may apply if graphic adjustments are required.

Can I modify my order once it has been sent to your office?

Changes are possible as long as your order has not entered production. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by phone at (450) 608-3113. Once printing has begun, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

What should I do if I’m not completely satisfied with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by phone at (450) 608-3113. We’ll review the situation with you and offer an appropriate solution (reprint, adjustment, etc.). Please keep the items received and include a photo if needed to help us follow up.
